Return Process

  Ensure your socks are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and ship them back to our warehouse using the provided address; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
